Participant information
Everything you need to enter an equine group, float, band, youth, automotive, mascot or theme entry in the Williams Lake Stampede Parade.
How to enter
- Choose your classification. Pick the class your entry belongs in — the seven classifications are listed on this page.
- Print both pages of the entry form. Page 1 records your entry details; page 2 carries the fees, the full classification list and the parade rules.
- Complete and sign it. Include a description of your entry, any sound or music, its dimensions and the number of participants.
- Return it before the deadline. Bring or mail the form to the Williams Lake Visitor Information Centre. Out-of-town entrants may fax both copies.
- Check in on parade morning. Assemble at Comer and 2nd Avenue by 7:00 a.m. Judging closes at 8:00 a.m. precisely.
